Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Compliance Officer at Riley Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our adherence to compliance rules and practices within the education recruitment industry. While experience as a compliance officer within education recruitment is desirable, it is not essential, as we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. With an immediate start available, you can jump right into making a difference in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main focus will be to uphold the integrity of our compliance standards and processes including DBS and Safeguarding checks. You will proactively adhere to established procedures and documentation, ensuring all relevant compliance information is processed within agreed deadlines. Managing and organising candidate documentation will be a crucial part of your role.

You will work closely with key stakeholders within the company to create a culture of compliance, collaborating with consultants to ensure smooth and effective compliance checks. Accuracy is paramount, as you will be responsible for recording all information with precision.
